No. It is up to each tenant to remember to pay rent every month. 

That's up to the tenant!

-I️f vacating in the middle of the month and would like the unused rent to be refunded, then yes. 

-If willing to forfeit the rest of that month's rent (if it gets rented to a new tenant before the end of that month, we will not collect double rent), then no. 

-I️f you move out at the end of the month, just call when the lock has been removed

No. The vehicle/vessel would have to fit inside one of the units. 

10x20 size unit can fit one average size car

We do not provide insurance. It is up to each tenant to find a third party company.

No. All external walls have sheetrock but the roll up doors are not airtight.

We do not keep copies of keys and we do not cut locks. If a lock needs to be cut, it is the tenant's responsibility to contact a locksmith.

There is a 10 day grace period before a $10 late fee is applied.

I️f rent still hasn't been received by the 25th, we send out a late letter adding another $10 making it a $20 late fee.

I️f another 14 days passes, access to unit will be suspended and the unit will be advertised in the paper to be put up for auction.

The storage facility is forbidden from giving out information pertaining to unit (gate code, account balance, etc.) without written permission from tenant.

I️n the event of tenant death, before giving access, we need copies of an official death certificate, as well as the matching name on estate.
