Option 1: Call/text 707-725-0702 to check which units are available.  If none, we can add you to the waitlist.

Option 2: Check our availability here. If none, you can add yourself to our waitlist.

Schedule a time to meet at the office to fill out the application.

We come from Eureka so we meet by appointment only.

Bring photo identification and any personal information listed on rental agreement. 

This is the application we use. 

This link can be used to:

1-Preview the document before your in person appointment.

2- Fill out ahead of time before your in person appointment (bring to appt or scan/email)

3-Fill out, scan/email to us if unable to meet in person 

We accept all forms of payment. 

Cards (all types):

-Keep on file and wait for text/call authorization

-Run automatically 

Cash and checks:

-Mail to 271 N. Fortuna Blvd. Fortuna, CA 95540

-Drop off in the locked drop box located at the end of the lane.

You will need to create a personal 4 digit code. 

This code will open/close the gate and turn on/off the individual unit alarm.

Locks are provided by storage facility if tenant does not have a personal lock.
